So, our HOA, managed by Beacon Property Management, has been working with a law firm, Ruggieri Law Firm, that has quite a reputation. And not in the "they're awesome" kind of way. For those who might not be in the loop, Florida Section 720 is all about the rights and rules that govern homeowners associations. It's supposed to protect us, the residents, from unfair practices. But guess what? Our friendly neighborhood law firm seems to have some trouble following these rules.
