Lake Griffin Voices was created to give homeowners a clear, independent place to stay informed, speak up, and hold our HOA leadership accountable.
This site was founded by Eddie Roman, a homeowner and community advocate who believes homeowners deserve fairness, transparency, and due process. Like many residents, Eddie experienced ongoing issues with how decisions were made, how information was shared, and how homeowner concerns were handled. Rather than stay silent, he chose to create a platform where facts, documents, meeting information, and homeowner perspectives could be shared openly.
Lake Griffin Voices exists to promote:
Transparency in HOA operations and decision-making
Fair treatment of all homeowners
Awareness of homeowner rights under Florida law
Accountability from those elected to represent the community
This is not a board-controlled site. It is a homeowner-driven resource intended to educate, inform, and encourage participation. Our goal is simple: a community where decisions are made openly, rules are applied fairly, and homeowners have a real voice.
An informed community is a stronger community.
