Get Ready for the Big Day: Lake Griffin Estates Annual Meeting

Annual Meeting

Hey there, Lake Griffin friends! It’s that time of year again — time to gather for our community’s annual meeting. Whether you’re a longtime resident or new to our neighborhood, this meeting is a big deal. Let’s dive into what you need to know and why your voice matters!

What’s Happening at the Meeting?

Mark your calendars for Thursday, July 10th at 5:30 PM, because that’s when we’ll be gathering at 9100 Conroy-Windermere Rd #200, Windermere, FL 32786. The main event? Electing five directors to our HOA board — the folks who help make the decisions that shape our community. Plus, they’ll cover a few other important community topics. Trust us, you won’t want to miss it!

Why Attend in Person?

We know life is busy, and attending in person might be a challenge. But think about it — how often do you get a chance to directly influence the future of your community? Being there means you’ll hear everything firsthand and can participate in discussions. Can’t make it? You can still make your voice heard by voting via proxy. Check your mailbox for those letters that were sent out by the HOA, which includes all the details!

Why Does This Matter?

You might be wondering, “Why should I care?” Well, the decisions made by the HOA board impact everything from community safety to property values. Plus, having a say in who represents us ensures that our concerns and ideas are heard. Don’t you want a board that reflects our community’s values and priorities?

Join the Conversation

So, will you be there to shape the future of Lake Griffin Estates? We hope to see you in person or hear your voice through a proxy. Let’s make sure our community remains a wonderful place to live, and that it continues to improve with each passing year. Got questions or thoughts to share before the meeting? Drop us a comment or get in touch!

See you at the meeting, neighbors!
